Mini-Update!!

OLYMPUS CITY: PHASE 1 OF THE EREBOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HAS STARTED

Olympus City, Olympus (Olympus City Press O.C.P.)  Construction is now underway for Phase 1 of the Erebos International Airport. Erebos, son of Olympus City Air General, General Khaos, is a prominent figure in Olympus City Civil Services. He was the one who proposed a bill to build high class private schools in the inner city suburbs with his belief that if you surround a child with a good enviroment with a great education and discipline will then they will succeed in life. As a result for his highly effective methods there was an announcement that the new airport will take his name after him. Here is what he had to say about it. " I am very honoured that the new airport will be named after me in my honour and it clearly shows that if you can aim high you can do almost anything." Phase 1 of this 900 million rupple project includes the demolition of the Olympus City Parkway North Loop and to be replaced with the new underground highway segment. The other phases of the project have not been announced but a figure was given out. This project with all the other phases included will costs the city over a billion rupples. How will this be paid? It is reported that the Olympus City Republican Government has a budget surplus of over a hundred billion rupples from the cities increasing rising economy. Ever since the city opened to the public after it was rebuilt a flow of money and revenue came pouring in as numerours investors came and started to help improve the cities amenities.

NEW UPDATE!!!

Phase 1 is 95% completed  Reconstructed the North Olympus City Parkway to go underground

Phase 2 is 97% completed  Finished construction on the new Erebos International Airport

Phase 3 is 45% completed  Construction on the aprons,taxiways underway; runway construction to begin shortly.

Phase 4 in development, project confidential

Phase 5 in designing stages project confidential

Phase 6 in planning stages

Estimated Project Completion: February 2007 *tentatitive

Anyways those are what to look for in my CJ for the next week or so. I plan on getting them finished in time for the Simlympic Bid to be over. This update I will show you the history of the North Olympus City Parkway and what it looks like as of current along with a new addition
