Hey what a really cool region great and loving it! Can't wait for the major update! I havent posted much on these forums yet as ive just been reading around but a great region! Like the seaport too looks great how did you get those lights all along? (Sorry only just started playing sim city 4 since last thursday) anyhow well done and good luck on the elections!

MAJOR UPDATE!!!!!!

Santiago Calatrava Comissioned For A New Communications Tower!
    Santiago Calatrava has accepted New Havens request for a new communications tower, which will provide complete coverage of the simlympic games.

New Haven is on its way to becoming a "Green City" the downtown is being completly rebuilt and more plazas and parks will add some more enviroment to the city's downtown financial district, sea walls have also been added due to beach erosion and the proximity to "supertall" commercial and residential building foundations

The New Haven National Guard has been deployed at the Capitol Beltway, this series of 3 highways makeup the Capitol Beltway, which is (as of the year 195) the only entrance to the capitol. To the right you can see the NH Port Athourity Building, this small admin. building is the Capitol Border Patrol (CBP) The CBP was founded in the year 190 to help protect the capitol city after the terror threats.

The New Haven Bicentenial Celebration Is Comming! 
(pretty much it will just be a large update showing New Haven's history from begining to now) Only the wealtiest of residents are invited to this celebration, the public celebration is at old city hall, city hall, the waterfront promenade, and at town square in Bottany Village) 

I forgot to take pictures of the Olympic City but i think i'm happy with what i came up with, i just have to make some minor changes

Hi Jersey , the olympic city looks to be comming on great , Thanks for the key to the city award , its made my day -) , sorry i not seen it before but i was busy with rls . and i l let you know which residence i want when i see the olyimpic city .hmm maybe something near the river sounds good .As for the big files prob , well snap drive will let you host a 100mb movie , and the is lots of free software for converting ,compressing files if you need to.Glad to see you have a little more free time and looking forward to your next update .

OK....finally, an update, recenlt i found a thread on simtropolis with some free

photoshopping programs....so i've been playing around with that, i also have a pretty

good idea on a storyline, and i have also had some inspiration lately so.....yeah lol ive

been improving NH's skyline, and i am preparing a new Olympic Village, I am going to

bid for the next simlympics, or any of the future bids, I just want to let people about the

simlympics, it definitly makes sim city more interesting, you just have to make a bid logo,

build hotels, stadiums, convention centers, ect;ect;ect..... for more info you can go to

the simlympic bids thread, or the simlympics thread in the off-topic>community events

section of the forum. I encourage anyone with a CJ to bid, it's alot of fun!

Well, even though New Haven didn't win the bid for the simlympics, NH still held a

simlympic ceremony for the winning city, New Dunstonville, and all of the other

compeditors, New Haven shined its city colors into the night sky, gold, royal blue, and

crimson. Citizens and corporations were asked to turn off all lights in the city to increase

visibility of the night sky, and decrease skyglow

  -Transit Athourity

New Haven has recently created the "New Haven Transit Athourity" although this

organization has existed since 183, the city decided to buy the private company, and

expand upon their existing fleet of 365 brand new Nova Bus-Evolution-RTS Legend

models. also this organization was bout out in a desperate effort to bring all modes of

transportation together, right now the plans are being made for the "Port Athourity of

New Haven" this large complex will include a grand railroad station, 2 central bus

terminals with a transfer to subway/inter city bus, and the NHHSR (new haven high

speed rail)

NEW HAVEN IS BACK!

Well, it's been a while, and it will be a while until i update again, i'm going to NJ on the 26 until Jan. 6 I can't wait!! i am going to times square for New Year's Eve!

Anyway......i bring you the new olympic city! :0 lol

Yellow = Venues & Stadiums, and the thin yellow line is the canal, which runs though the city & connects to the shoreline, which can be used for sailing/boat race

You probobly can't read the purple text very well :S [purple in the middle = western corridor RR line] & [purple up on the top right = NHHSR, Northern Corridor, and El-line Station]

and here is the new logo...for now i'm working on a better one
