Real shame I don't really check through ST's CJ section anymore. Because in my opinion a large portion isn't worth looking at. There are a few jewels though that remain here. Like FF's CJs, and I think yours is one of them. I truly enjoy looking at these pictures and the mosaics.

Well I've leave by wishing you a happy new year and I'll make it a new years resolution to visit here more often.

Yoman3 Hey, Thanks for stopping by. Unfortunately, I'd have to agree with you on that one. The majority of CJs here aren't that great and don't last any significant amount of time. Trying to filter out the good ones is tough. I'm glad you think my CJ is a 'jewel'. I've thought about duplicating my CJ/MD over at SC4D, but I don't know what I'd do with all my previous work.... Anyway, thanks for coming by and hope to see you around here more often in the future.

Alright, time for an update. This one will be a time-lapse view of the construction of the new Liberty Investment Group (LIG) HQ in Saigon.

First off, here is a before shot of the vacant lot that was purchased by LIG.

And here's a larger mosaic of the same site.

Once the paperwork was finalized, construction crews wasted no time in clearing the site. Two roads had to be temporarily closed due to extensive foundation work: they can be seen here being torn up.

Here is an artist's rendition of the final design.

Although you've seen this one in the newspaper, I've re-included it to illustrate the afore-mentioned foundation work.

Deadlines need to be met and that resulted in late nights. Here's a shot of the site at night.

Wow! Cool tower! Swiss Re, right? Cool newspaper too. Mayor John Arbuckle? Lol, is Nemonos plagued with lasagna-eating felines? I noticed the new LIG building only took a few months to build...lol you have speedy construction crews. My game is so slow that I have to leave the room. Maybe a national park next? Nice work!

bokrif Thank you. I'm glad LIG approves. I actually tried my hand at lotting the base myself because the original base was boring. It turned out not bad either. I also made some handy 1x1 parking lots, hehe.

Yep, fast construction in Nemonos... I plopped the building if you were thinking I let it grow on its own.... A national park eh... hmmm. I don't really know how to do that?
