Mmm, beautiful properties! I'd have to say I'd buy Property #4 : 59 Yellowhat Lane. Some inquiries I have follow:

1. Will the land backing the property be developed? (No one likes alleyway neighbors and/or industrial wastelands to be backing thier property. Of course, that shouldn't be a problem.)

2. How will your government feel about recieving funds from and insecure, warring, pothole-ridden dictatorship of a country that hasn't even been released out into the communtiy as a CJ yet? (Let's say I have something in the works!)

3. What are the zoning laws about displaying marble statues of ridiculously heroic dictators in your yard? If that is not allowed, how about those little flamingo yard ornaments? They're just so pretty.

And, that's about it. This building would prove to be a wonderful hideaway for visiting government officials and families. Sure, my cj hasn't been unveiled yet, but I assure you when it is, the nation will be able to secure the funds.

2. Yellow Hat Realty is primarily interested in the fineness and weight of your gold coins. We are not aware of any places outside of Schulmania. But, if such a place existed, we are sure their gold is just as good as ours.

3. Statues of the Supreme Wirdle are in excellent taste and always welcome. You can of course put out some pink flamingoes. I have one in my yard with a pinwheel for legs!
