Zelgadis Actually, that's a street ornament placed there as part of Schultöberfest this month. Little lanterns of red and yellow and green serve as welcoming signs for those looking for where the party starts! As for traffic jams, I have heard the wagon backups reach 100 meters on a busy day. Whew! Progress comes at a high price ! ;-)

Gran Maru looks pretty good. And I wonder what Schulmanidad's "big project" will be. I hope it'll be on the next update. And about what time period is it? OK, this is your cultural lesson of the day:

In Schulmania, every October 27-30 is SchultoberFest. Everyone has great parades and wooden floats laden with flowers enthrall crowds waving their red, yellow and green balloons. Sometimes they have blue too. They also hang red and green and yellow lanterns along the streets so the party can continue all night long. Here's the proof you were seeking:
