Oh no! It might actually be an omen about Prince Excalibur's death! Something has to be done, because I'm really concerned now.

Purpledaddy Thanks for stopping by! I have always thought there was something magical about him as well.

Hester That's why he's the purple daddy!

Callbat I know about the Excalibur one - I made it. The other, we are all stumped!

    bbfan02 Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Shanna Hello! It does look like 1940, but I don't know how it could be so - when there was not house there then. But, it may well be.

Csgcseri Cool! Kilometer stones... are they used very much?

dralin321 You are welcome. The avatar is for you to use whenever you wish. I am glad you like it.

Hester Are you sure no pun was intended?

dralin321 Yes, there is A LOT due to happen in the coming pages!

Leech10 We will be on the lookout for rings!

gabry85 More is on the way!

Joetropian1 More New Atkinos is on the way. I will have a little progress update for you up next.

bbfan02 I think the next one will be a peek at the work in New Atkinos.

Callbat Hehehehe! Glad you like it. There's more suspense yet to come too!

Sadar Thanks for stopping by! No prob- you can use the avatar whenever you wish. Just a "thank you" for stopping by!

Csgcseri Köszönöm barát! (I hope that's right)

sebbyb07 Thanks for coming by. Glad the cat reads too. I need to have an update in cat language for the feline readership!

Simfan34 Hmmm, I wonder if there was an attempt to hide the true message of the rock. We will have to investigate further!

John94538 Excalibur must be warned! But, no one will be able to reach him in time when he has such a big head start... heading east, of course.

penguin007  Thanks. Glad you liked it.

Jacqulina It does seem like a Paradise Fallsy thing. I think you are Karin worked on something like that and it gave me the idea.

Lauren Ahrns can reach Excalibur... but there is another problem: reaching Lauren Ahrns. She disappeared to who knows where.

Has Lauren no tracking device? No way of communication? Perhaps a way can be found to let her know about the Prince...before it's too late.

That was right. Well, not much used today (mainly, they now use the word section), but were used for a long time.

I think that the year is 1940. But there's so many developments all over the place! I can't keep track of them all, lol. Page 200 is coming very soon!

She sent the fragments and a team of investigators to consult with elders at the Sacred Precinct. Surely, these custodians of culture would know the significance of this find.

We will have to see what the expedition finds...

If you want to resize them to 50x50 that is fine. However the total sum of signature images must still be within the 300x50 limits.  So technically you could put 6, 50x50 avatars in your sig if you really wanted to...

I hope that was not too confusing.

    New Atkinos: Preparations, Part 1

The Commonwealth of New Atkinos is now being reintegrated into Schulmania after being lost and deemed "Terra Incognita" for a long, long time. As you may have noticed, the land is rather difficult to get to, there being quite a gauntlet of jagged rocks and sand bars to cross before getting to the main island. Let's see what navigators are up against.

    clearingthechannel2ug3.jpg

    clearingthechannel3xf6.jpg

    clearingthechannel4wu6.jpg

I would not want to get a ship through these treacherous waters, would you? Of course not! That's where the big project comes in. Y-12 Engineers of Gran Maru has proposed dredging shipping channels to allow for safe navigation. The plan was drawn up for three channels: the northwest passage, the central channel and the southern approach. The humanoid Schulminions would, as usual for water projects, be left to do the work under supervision of feline project managers. After all, cats don't particularly like getting wet. The rocks removed from the entry points will be transported to the island for use in new construction. No plans for development have been implemented yet, since transit is still perilous. Let's see what they have accomplished thus far.

    cleared2uv7.jpg

These narrow safe zones could be treacherous if a ship is not well-piloted. And, at night, any passage would be risky. To eliminate this risk, a new idea was proposed by Fleet Captain Erich von Bremerhaven, inspired by a recent sail to Smightower. Why not build light towers at sea to serve as beacons for ships and guide them through the channels? The proposal was accepted by Y-12, who contracted out construction of the three towers to C. S. G. Cseri Construction (NW tower), Vandy Hush-Hush Operations (Central) and Dralin & Dralin (S tower). All are built according to specifications put forth by the Transit Office and designs by the firm of Simpeg Dotcom & Co.

This improvement should put New Atkinos on the map!

I love that lighthouse so much. Also the rocks seem nice to come by. Reminds me of some island that these countries were fighting for. And one claimed it was just rocks.

That is indeed one dangerous zone to sail in! Good to hear that those improvements where made, and that lighthouses were constructed to help sailors on their journeys.

The monumental 200th page is coming!!!

    In plainspeak...

Party on but don't over do it.

Oh... and there will be no firing of zat guns when the moment does finally arrive... my butt still bears the scars from the last incident.  6.gif

OK Leech may fire his zat gun in celebration, but only on two conditions...

    1. He points the dang thing away from me.  16.gif

    2. You don't tell Zel - I told him he could fire it.  28.gif

Now I have only one question...

If this is the salt shaker where is the pepper?  Or is it secretly filled with catnip...
