Anarchy, I love your CJ, and I had no idea your transit system was so developed (station names, lines, colors - great choices btw). I really liked how you presented the two lines and connections. Hope you don't mind, but I made my own version in photoshop just for fun (thanks for the inspiration).

Here's a closeup of downtown, which is mostly done except I haven't gotten all the street names and the subway stops marked yet.

My incomplete rail map for my region Mute City

For those wondering, I used Inkscape to make this map.  A lot of people here have been saying Paint, Photoshop, etc to make maps.  This may be hard for some people.  Inkscape (and Adobe Illustrator) are vector editing programs, great for making lines, points, and polygons...ideal for maps.  I suggest you give it a try.

I must say, these maps are a huge PAIN to make. Mine doesn't even look that good although i am learning more "Professional" things as i progress making my first one.  here is what i have finished so far, good criticing is very very much welcome.  This map is one of many that is coming with my new cj that's coming this fall!

Here's a subway map for a small city (Just over 100,000). The name of it is Konradshohe (the same one that comes default in the game, just enhanced). I only used paint and it still took me awhile, but it's only my 1st. Hopefully more to come!

Key:

The lighter outlined circles are normal stops.

The darker outlined circles are transfer stops (you can switch lines there.)

The filled in circles are the terminus stops (the line ends).

The dotted line is a proposed extension.

This took to long

The subway provides service to 3 large tiles and 2 medium tiles with a total combined population of about 9.2 million or so. I'm still working on the image, hence the 'nothing at all in the background', but eventually I'll get something there. The great thing about this subway is that it seems to take in 3 million passengers a day or so, so it helps take traffic off the roads. Which are filled with about 4 million bus trips a day. Some of my stations are at about 600% capacity even with the NAM, yay overcrowding !

PS I could use some station names if people want to just throw ones at me, all of them would probably stick.

I made one!  It's a work in progress, but it's my first map of this type.

I'm going to make more detailed maps eventually including subway maps, which seem to be very popular in this thread!

This is a highway & rail lines map for my CJ.  I forgot to put the train stations on, but I think you can guess where the main two are.  I made it mainly to show where all the featured districts are.

At Benedict's suggestion, here's the latest Nyhaven MetroRail map, which I made in FreeHand. Click on it to see the full-size image.

This map also reveals a number of expansions to the system that you'll get to see once regular updates to Nyhaven resume in January. Kudos to anyone who can tell me three of them.
