More libraries, a city college or two, and increase the registration cutoff at the university (j/k).

Not sure what the game University can hold but swi21 designed a awesome University on STEX that holds 9000.

Do a search on STEX for Kapodistrian University.Goodluck

What happens if you add "colleges" .. do they substitute for University in any way? I recall reading from someone here on ST that they are identical other than the Uni allows getting the advanced research lab..

I'm curious what your city population might be. I've never had a university come close to overcrowding, even at a population of over a million. I do use a city college or two, though in conjunction with the university. There are several universities on the STEX, as well as urban colleges that may help. Simgoober has an urban college I use also.

If the university is overcrowded just add a college. My largest city has 1.5 million and the university there was over capacity. Once I added a college enrollment dropped by half as many of the sims dropped out to get technical degrees.

I tried the new University, it went up from 1200 to 3600, but after fast-forwarding for 5 years it dropped of to 3000. Education by age is very high, 180+ all the way across, I have more than 20 libraries. The largest population by age is 21-30 at 325,000. Second is 31-40 at 300,000.

If your E b A is very high, don't expect a big student body unless you are bring up new Sims.  And remember, it take 12 years of school before they get to University.

Thanks for all the help. I'm now going to see if I can increase the 1-10 age bracket so there will be more students in the future. I guess I can do that by adding more parks and playgrounds.
