As a priority project for this week, I will finally be updating the Maxis Files page to include an index to each landmark (individual files). Also for the sake of convenience, a complete zipped bundle of the whole lot. I'll announce this in the thread for such once done.

FYI, Plugins are not unique to the Mac or Windows version of SC4, any file that works for one, will work with the other. The main issue for Mac users is when such files are inside an .exe or Windows installer, since Mac's can't run such things. However, this issue is as old as the game itself and can be solved by running the installer in Windows and copying the files over. Or using a third party application such as File Juicer to extract the data.

I tried these files. The "GrutzeStuff" file works fine with Mac, the other (.ipb) did nothing.

when I googled "SC4 Maxis files for Mac" I found some sites that still had the .exe installers.  I can' t remember which sites exactly as they were of no use for the Mac. Back later ... While I have copies of the MAC versions of the official updates I never added them over at CB Web as I didn't know if they were any good as I don't have access to a MAC computer to test them, there are still plenty of MAC sites that provide them ... like this one

As for the EXE versions that I've got over at CB Web I am in the middle of some forced changes to the site .... so am thinking of making everything public downloads, but people would still have to answer a RECAPTCHA but that's someway in the future.

Well, this doesn't work either. When trying to download I get the message : file not found on server. But your effort is appreciated.

I tried it too and get this message: The requested URL /aspyr/SC4MacAddons.sit was not found on this server.

It is trying to provide this file:

http://downloads.extremesims.com/aspyr/SC4MacAddons.sit

Which is the exact same file name as you got when I hosted it on WeTransfer.Com in this post earlier. (Note: The temporary linky there is now dead, but you already got the file.)

I know. I was just curious if I made a sloppy search on the internet.

This includes the addon pack for Mac users (SC4MacAddons.sit), and each building is packaged installer free.
