TMS, it's no fair.  You can make good cities, add good Photoshop effects, and keep us all drooling with you awesome updates.  But I won't have it anymore; from now on, I refuse to be mindlessly mesmorized by your updates.  From now on,...Ooh, look at that interchange!44.gif

In other words, great job.17.gif

I have one question, though.  Is all of that development inside one large city?

Take it fr a harried commuter, I am sooooo glad to see a CJ that takes RL transportation issues into account!  You do play for realism!

I like the custom interchanges, hopefully people slow down on those ramps coming off of M-34!

Yay! Wood County's back! (again 3.gif) You never give up, do you TMS?

All the finer, because the new new Duchati is looking better than ever. Great work on those interchanges, and I still absolutely love your avenue/GLR hybrids like in 47.09.

    Personal Comments for Update 48!!!

hyped_up_boy | Thats what i was aiming for! So im glad that my goal is being reached

hym | LMAO! now that is a great comment! but yes to answer you question all of this is on a Large Tile... and there is about 40 large tiles in the region lol

purpledaddy | well unlike in real life if a problem with an area of transportation comes up then Wood County works to fix it!

beebs | trust me i think there are others that plan more than i do lol

helomoto | well im in the planning stages of making a map for this tile of this district so i guess thatll help you out 9.gif

Yoman3 | its not technically M87... yes there are still a few technicalities... but its A87(M)

blondetwiggy | anyone can do it!

dfnva | well would kind of have to with the amount of traffic that uses the Italiawood Freeway 3.gif

Fischbob | well it didnt really end this time lol it was more like a parental problem lol...

    frogface | so do i >.<

lurker91 | blame maxis... i cant help that one...

glenni | why wouldnt i? lol

MayorTim | well sometimes its not all about aesthetics lol but again blame Maxis lol

well this isnt technically isnt going to be an update... but i just wanted to show you guys, especially for those that showed some critizism toward it, why i put all the Mass Transit options in the beginning especially when Duchati was a small as it is...

    AmazingPlanning_0.jpg

    AmazingPlanning.jpg

This query was taken at the Independence Blvd Station on the MLK Blvd [Orange Line] which is the last Station in Chinawood before Downtown.  As you can see this one line serves all of Chinawood and Most of Clearwood [separated by Independence Blvd A74 or the diagonal Avenue above the stats] and even some of the completed University City. Also as you can see most walk or ride a bus to the nearest transit station and ride to Downtown or to their job.

    AmazingPlanning_1.jpg

Over the Past 100 years Duchati has seen a great increase in people walking and riding Mas Transit but comparitivily not that much of a gain in Car traffic. This is why Duchati has some of the lowest Pollution levels in SimNation.

    AmazingPlanning_2.jpg

With most using the Mass Transit and leaving the roads open for Buses and the few car riders Commute times are almost nothing especially compared to other cities of Duchati's Size.

    AmazingPlanning_3.jpg

This is just a volume graph of the whole entire LRAD system as of now. As you can see most commute to work in the high-rises of Downtown

well... thats about it... There will be a Duchati Hills Update in the coming week!

wow. you have really done a excellent job with transit. that transit view looks like it could be a real life system somewhere. Its cool how you have a dense downtown web that circulates people around from the other lines. thats really a cool idea and beats having some uber hub that gets overcrowded.

I hope of course that your downtown circulator is a no-fare zone hehe

Haha, I saw all these pics already in chat! 3.gif

But wow, you really did a great job with this... such great planning! Duchati really has a pair of feet... with all this walking, I bet they're all in good health too. 3.gif

    Continue!!
