These are 2 cities from opposite sides of the same region. The first, Vale, has a population of about 1.2 million, and the second, Salinas, is about 400,000.

Gridlock-

New Haven is awesome! It might be cool to add a sub-metropolis somewhere out in the sprawl as like a second skyline!

Giligone, did you model your region around the southern tip of Lake Michigan? You could build Chicagoland...

It is very loosely based on the Chicagoland region, yes. The rivers are totally different though.

how do you guys get your regions to be shaped like tha?? my region is just a square.. doy ou guys haev some kind of special tool that allows you to make your regions bigger?

By editting the 'config.bmp' file in the "My Documents/Sim City 4/Regions/(insert region name)" directory.
