These are 2 cities from opposite sides of the same region. The first, Vale, has a population of about 1.2 million, and the second, Salinas, is about 400,000.

Giligone, did you model your region around the southern tip of Lake Michigan? You could build Chicagoland...

It is very loosely based on the Chicagoland region, yes. The rivers are totally different though.

Please excuse the sucky region shot water (The water looks good in city mode, however) and the patchiness of the development in some places...

By editting the 'config.bmp' file in the "My Documents/Sim City 4/Regions/(insert region name)" directory.
