Wow, Topcliff I really like the way the brige passes over those rocks, and the trees complement the scenery very nicely. In my opinion, it would be better with cars so 9/10.

Lifetec that's really nice, the park and the European buildings look beautiful together. I'd give it a 9.5/10

El Burro: Smoke is a great touch, nice work with the color and layout too. The blur hurts it though. 8.5/10

smstevenms: I think the outcome will be very good. I won't rate until I see the finished product.

topcliff: wow, the ground texture, trees, teraforming, and how the bridge just looks perfect there... well done. 9/10

FissleBread: Nothing I don't like about this, but the glr would look great with brick textures under it. 9.5/10

Lifetec: Park is looking good and the start of a european feel is there, its just not, mh... "done". 7/10

mencc1701: Looking good, roads and bus stops stick out bad though. Look on the STEX for some lower-key bus stations and one of the street mods to soften things up. 7.5/10

Here's an idea I just thought of:

Theres a man in an observation area looking over a downtown skyline on a rainy day. He wipes the window since it is fogging up to try and get a clearer view of the city.

It didn't come out as well as I hoped for :[

Lifetec: looks nice, but theres just not alot happing here. The plaza looks nice as well but a bit bland. 6/10

mencc1701: A bit on the congested side, but rank this one on the time and effort of laying it all down. 8/10

tomdapom: I always like to say something positive, but this image needs work. Not sure if you intended to alter the quality but not crisp.

Second, you need to update those roads, they're like sardines down there. Last, overall there not much happing here. Not trying to be mean or insensitive, just giving my thoughts. 4/10

hijodecordoba: I like the well structured city look, however the roads just seem to be to squared. Try using a few diagonal roads (I know thats easier said than done). 8/10

TheSixCents: BEAUTIFUL! I want to go there, now! 9.5/10, with .5 off since the lighthouse looks just the slightest bit odd to me.

*****atoo: Very nice looking, but I think your downtown core looks a little too densely packed - it's a problem my cities seem to suffer from as well. 8/10

Elaclairee: I literally can't find anything wrong with this. Love the bus depot, police station, road layouts, park, parking lots - everything! 10/10

Mich280582: To get large images, just upload them to Photobucket, ImageShack or some other photo hosting site, copy and paste the image URL and then use the "Insert Image" button (looks like two mountains and a sun) and copy the URL into the top box. As for you image, I like the highways and seawalls, the stadium is nicely placed as well, but the water texture kinda kills it for me. Looks really unnatural, to my eyes. 7/10

C0ckatoo-210893- 9.8 /10. I love the skyline. Please tell me where you got those buildings from. Ive searched everywhere for most of them and cant find them.

Eliclairee - 8.0 / 10 . Tis ok. But it looks very pale and it seems slightly out of place.

Mich280582 - 7.8 /10 Terraforming must have been a task but a couple of the buildings look dilapadated and

also is gives off a type of Unrealistic-ness to me.

LifeTec - 6.0 /10 . It looks very random and scattered to me. The hillside has a certain banking to it that makes the highway look off. Also there isnt much there in all of the randomness. There is also alot of Maxis.
