If you could, a flying pig in the front would be awsome

I used the Urban Beautification pack and plopped some of the pieces in the pack around the building. It makes the building look a lot more elegant and more exciting rather than a plain old sqaure box. Just search Urban Beautification on the STEX and you should be able to find it.

You should make sure that you have all the required dependencies for the file.

I've been to Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima a few years ago. I loved it in Japan, I've always wanted to go back to Japan ever since then. I never realized Tokyo was so big though. On the bullet train it seemed like 30-45 minutes passed traveling from the outskirts to downtown Tokyo.

Canal sets might be your best bet at getting something simmilar to that. Or you could also try some of the PEG CDK Seawall kits, heres one you might want to check out: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=11055

I would start off small and build a lot of industry first and as demands go up for officies slowly build the downtown area. As the downtown area grows build suburbs around it. Thats how I've started building my latest region.
