Well I got tired of waiting for the building editor for city life so the last few days I have been playing Sim City 4(with loads of crashes as usual) Well this is what I have come up with.

Mosaic One

This Mosaic shows a few businesses, libary and a sunken highway.

It shows a raised park, part of the zoo and two roundabouts.
