Hello simtro,

I present myself.  I am called Guillaume (but my nickname here is moumoune). I am 14 years old and I create this topic to show you images of my city “Belleçina”. I am a professional player with Sim City and I hope to receive multiple councils on behalf of the largest players (jeronigg, andrea, PEG….).

Here thus images…

One starts with a sight before any construction.

Maximum image size is 800 x 600 - MM

Some sights of residential districts

Some buildings.

Strolls on the quays?

Or at the seaside?

Small district sympatic at the edge of the quays.

Some “huts” of poissonery installed at the edge of the quays.

We installed panels at the edge of the motorway.

The district of the station.

The carpark of the station.

A very powerful road system.

Another economic district with residences.

A terminal of ferry.

The ferry quite this terminal by circumventing the small island.

Small overall picture.

One passes now to another district.

Nice start!  I like how your cities have turned out.   Good use of a wide variety of mods that I can see so far.  I'm looking forward to seeing more!

Just to warn you, you'll have to reduce the size of your images to 800x600.  The moderators will remove anything larger.

The images are incredible. Really great start!

However, the images are way too large.

Mods will delete the images if they are not sized down.

Can't wait for more entertainment!

Good start!

But there are some points you should work a bit on IMHO:

- downsize the pics! Picture size limit is  800*600 49.gifand this is not to be discussed at all! Besides it would be really sad if your pics would be deleted by an admin/mod just because of their size as I like them!41.gif

- Freeways / Highways / Motorways are designed for a high level of capacity and security. To achieve this any kind of crossing traffic is strictly to be avoided. The main lanes run through and entering / leaving traffic uses ramps and weaving lanes.

Due to this I don't like turning highways into avenues for a crossroad / intersection to save space - it is completely against principles of freeway design. Intersections and Ramps need their space (even though the game's and NAM's intersection are in general heavily scaled down).

- You cannot cross a Railway with a ground highway but you can cross it with a elevated Highway (which looks better than turining it into a NAM elevated avenue)! Just lay a piece of elevated Highway just long enough to run over all railway tracks and then connect it either directly with the ground highway (a bit steep though) or use the nicely sloped NAM transition piece (a bit long though)

- You should connect that ferry not with a street but with a road or two one-ways- just look at that long queue of cars on that tiny street ... 30.gif

'nuf critics ... I do like your use of european-looking BATs and your good "waste of space".

Good use of  ploppable trees, too! There is a lot o substance in your work and it gave me quite some nice inspirations!19.gif
