This is downtown Tremontonfrom from my region I started just 2 weeks ago. right now Im still getting all the basics in and my region is only 10% done (as far as developed tiles. once thats done Ill beautify it, work at some details, enhance some pictures. It may become my first CJ because its working out very nicely, its destined to be one of my best creations, and Im feeling really confident about it.

anyway... here it is

One is the PR House, and the other is from the ITS high wealth suburban packs, indeed pretty nice buildings if I say so myself. 4.gif

the thing i hate most is that many of these places uses the same buildings over and over again. its quality not quantity, what if New york City had 10 empire state building ? that wouldnt be cool, we need more creativity !

You create buildings then. We use what we have. If there's ten of the same buildings then that's the city creator's problem.

there are so much building even if you let grow them and wait for the right one you can have a huge part without 2 same buildings but in residential areas it looks nice to have the same buildings but with different props imho : D

It's called the richard tower complex b, if I recall correctly from using it in my own cities.
