This street is basically a long bus stop. However, it is transit enabled, so zones can develop by it (treat it as a road as far as zoning is concerned). Since it only allows pedestrians and buses, it helps reduce traffic problems in busy urban areas. ONLY USE WITH INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL ZONES. R hates it since Sims can't drive on it, and all you'll get are no transportation zots.
