Welcome to Alvarado, a peaceful riverside enviroment. With a central river and flat plains, Alvarado gives the everday SimCity player a great expansive map but with a single river which can be used as a communications route or just a place for your sims to do their washing 
. I hope you like the map, its 16 large city tiles in size (4x4) and I've included a config file for you too. Enjoy.
Note: I used Cycledogg's Columbus Terrain Mod and Jeronji's Medium Snow Modd to render this map, both can be found here in a single pack: click
