My first upload! Anyway, (wait, i wonder what will happen if you don't have the dependencies you need and you play either of the to sample cities..), there are basically hmm.... about 3 or 4 islands that you can work on... I can make a region by request, or I can make it for no reason.
This map is from scratch, it was not another download and I did not use any region makers.
I first started out with 100% of the region water. Then I went into each city and made a landscape for you all to play on.
Be lookan out for any more regions! It would be very nice of you all to give me advice on how to make better regions! 
For some reason, Windows XP is not very cooperative today. I cannot update, until further notice.
