The Redwood Tree Plantation was made to go with the Redwood Lumber Industry in one of my cities. This is were all the redwood trees are mass grown.
The lot is non ploppable and all thou it looks transit enabled it's not :-( But I agree it should be. I will have to figure out how to do it somehow.
I did have a ploppable version made but it wouldn't keep the workers and would die out, so I went non-ploppable.
