Changed the rail texture to something a little less obnoxious.

Added side rails for the walk-ways also added.

Known issues:
Pedestrians (automata) crossing the bridge will look like they are walking on air. A new version will be released to correct this problem.
Zoning or placing buildings next to the raised road will still be functional. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the engine.
To Install:
Unzip the .dat file and place into your Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins folder
To Uninstall:
Simply delete or move out of the Plugins folder
Compatibility with other mods:
There are no currently known mods that would be incompatible with this mod. However, I cannot guarantee compatibility with any other mod.
