Lot: Large Nuclear Power Plant

Well, here is my first upload to the STEX, a fully functioning nuclear power facility. First off, I would like to give credit to Mathe Man for creating the cooling tower BAT, which is used as the cooling tower props on my lot (I have received permission to use his BAT on my lot by Mathe Man). His original goal was to create a fully BATted nuclear power facility, but due to RL time demands was not able to complete it.
Also, a thank you to Andreas Roth for re-releasing this BAT on the STEX so that I could more easily use it as a dependency.
Note: In order to get the BAT model to function properly as a prop on my lot, I have included a BAT description file, with the prop information, in this download (ofcourse I did not include the model file!).

Compatibility: No known compatibility issues exist with this lot and any other lot/BAT/mod available on the STEX. However, I am unaware if this is MAC compatible as I was not able to test it on a MAC.
