Based on the actual facility itself. Never really got the query thing to work, so oh well. Here's the realistic job openings:
CS$$: 15 (cafeteria workers)
CO$$: 500 (administrators)
CO$$$: 100 (managers and exec.)
IHT: 500 (engineers)
Had to rebuild it using an IHT blank lot this time. And now the query finally works. Because of this, the icon was moved to the Landmarks menu.
