This lot is the North Witch lookout tower. Why North Witch? Because itmy 3yo daughter is fascinated with witches. There are good witches andbad witches. Bad witches ride brooms and wear black. Good witches driveBMW X5's around San Francisco and wear a little as possible lol. Sothis is in honour of my daughter, may she turn out to be the Good Witchof the North, not the Wicked Witch of the West.
The lot is designed to work with PEG's Pine Forest lots (textured) andthe BSC Forest Track Lots. So not only can you plop the lot on a hilloverlooking your city, you can also connect fire trails to it and placea pine forest around it for realism. In addition to looking good, the lot also features a custom query thatprovides a wealth of population statistics about the city and theregion, suh as totals population by type (Res, Com and Ind) as well assub-type (e.g. R$, CO$$ and IHT). These stats should be very useful tothe serious gamer.

Directions:
Auto-Install: Thisis the simplest method to install these files. It will automaticallyput all files in the right place, for optimum performance. Simply openthe Zip file, and double click the install file. Follow the onscreeninstructions.
Manual Install: If you wish to install these files manually, copy the folder for this lot to your plugin folder.
