Life expectancy and health in every city I enacted this in steadily decreased until I turned it off, when it started recovering

Oh! Yeah, my relots should have nothing to do with those, I haven't used any of the original lots. Instead I let PIM-X generate a new lot so there are no conflicts with the old CAMpacks, the only thing that is being used is the building model out of the standard dependency packs that are available over on SC4Evermore. This is to avoid conflicts with the old lots and is considered good practice when relotting. My list will be of no use in this situation. I think the "overpowering" happens because of the filling rate, simulator, building model size and the amount of custom content anyone uses. Some buildings end up getting favored over others with the building simulator, especially if too high filling rates were set in PIM-X, or if dummy buildings were used. At least that's what I experienced in my cities. But yeah, I had a similar idea like you, that's why I made all of the relots, to be played with the new CAM, all of my packs are inspired by old CAMpacks but they are wider in scope, with seasonal and tropical foliage, more lot sizes, more decorations. But it`s a huge task, even when I know (mostly) what I`m doing. Still gotta get that SC4Pac button figured out. You can add all my files to your list if you want. it`s over 500 relots now i think, I´ve done almost all of the NDEX buildings, roe99 buildings and I`m halfway done with KS_JPN.

Sorry, I tried to be brief and noticed I was not clear. I did not download YOUR version, but an old version from some other source (there used to be a CAM Starter Pack with the DA's models included - see link below). The LOT files that were made there, caused this effect (of not being able to grow some buildings) and I was checking whether you may have a clue what does this. Even with demand, right LOT size zoned and the "all building styles" some buildings grow like crazy while others seem to never appear. I think you said it right: some "overpower" others, but I am not sure what triggers it.
Thanks for the list: when I have time I will compare it to the old LOT files I have and see what the differences are. Maybe we can get a clue from there. I am also currently trying to compile a list of CAMeLots and make some starter packs. I don't really know what I am doing (yet), so hopefully I can pull it off, but it would be nice for new people (to CAM) to be able to download quickly many of these nice lots and their dependencies.
See old file list here: https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=2039.0 Would be cool to have that again with a simple "Download with SC4PAC" button :-) -
Try turning on all building styles if you can't get something to grow. Sorry for not putting this in description. I'll update it so everyone knows what shows up where. Here is the list with all the buildings, first column after the name is the lot size (width x height). Second is the lot type, third is the growth stage, and then the building styles where the lot should appear. Color codes are orange for anything over 4 width and height, green for CAM Stages. For nonCAM version the lots end at stage 8. I`ve tried balancing the occupancy rates as best as I could, not straying far from 0.5 and letting PIM-X calculate everything - they should all be able to grow. Are you using CAM version of the lots? What I noticed in my cities is sometimes other custom content can "overpower" the growth of my lots. But again, they should all be able to grow.

Hi Foo, I had the original CAM Starter Pack of these buildings. Over time I realized that only 2-3 actually grow, the rest seem to have stats that make them very unlikely to grow (even when demand and right zone is there). Do you have any experience with that? Not sure if smaller alterations of their stats would make them grow.
