Almeda Townhomes, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- A fictional development based on new builds from inner downtown areas in cities across South Western USA, Almeda Townhomes was created to compete with some of the mid-rise R§§ apartment complexes which can become quite repetitive in game. The single versions have stats in-between the in-game 'small condos' and the taller in-game hi rise apartments. The double lot has stats that are reasonably positioned in between the in-game 'Jolly Manor' and 'Simon Manor' and should offer some competition for these apartments. Despite having a very residential appearance with rubblestone base courses, brick walls and pitched, hip-and-gabled shingle-roof, at eight stories, this building is quite tall and provides a good segue between lower scale medium density dwellings and high rise buildings. These apartments are presented in 3 lot options: a 4x2, a 4x3 and a 4x4 lot.
