This is duco_hg_redroofset_grow. 14 Lots with growable dutch houses from Haarlemmergold. Although there are already growable Dutch houses (here) I wanted to make some lots with a personal touch. These lots are divided in 4 categories: Single (4x), Row(3x), Block(4x) and Flat(3x). Every lot is low wealth, stage 1, and has a different size. here is a video where you can see them grow. Because I don’t think it is nice to see a swing or something else repeatedly in every backyard, I didn’t do that. The other side of this choice is that some lots are a bit empty, but you can fill them in with mmp’s. The list of dependencies is still long. I used different textures and some prop sets are only used because of one item, but I think most of them are quite common.
