I only want to get the modeling out of the way for my new projects, one of them, the modeling is almost 100% done, the other I havne't started yet, but I've been balancing making the texture for this and modeling the other building rather well. Look at the new renders of the PG, if you notice the marble part has changed and it is now the whole side of it, I applied the texture to the wrong side so that whole texture is on the wrong side. I probably won't BAT this week I have a major essay due for English and I have a huge test in Modern Art. Still a lot more work to go on the texture. OMG JASON!!! THanks so much for pointing that out I hadn't noticed it AT ALL!!! haha thanks so much. Sparky! Thanks for the advice! I just wanted some time off from this project because it's getting annoying. lol. Its all good, I'm going to focus on this one until its done now though! Gotta take a nap, French test at 1 BON CHANCE!!!

Amazing SimFox, I'm really liking this, its inspired me to want to start on Tampa's version of this, and sketch a building loosley based off of this and several other buildings so now I have my own building!! SimFox This is awesome and I can't wait for its release

As I'm slowly closing up on finishing Bank of America, I'm starting two new projects. 1) SunTrust Remastered 2) Grand Central at Kennedy (Channelside) I'm nearly done with side 1 of 4 on the Bank of America parking garage texture. I haven't done any work on BOA, but I'm going to finish up the roof junk and fix up the texture, I'm adding some more green into the texture, I don't think its the color quite yet. I'll show some renders later

Thanks everyone, started texturing. A lot more to do, but I'm at a stoping point cos I'm exauhsted from classes today. More to come NOTE) The texture is not complete so it will not look the same (color wise) when I'm done making it.

Busy with college, I shall start BATing again this week!

I went to Carollwood University on Dale Mabry. After completion of this project I want to start a new project that I'll be working on while I'm at college. I'm going to set up a thread and a team to create the first SimTropolis University. It will be based off of my campus (the new buildings and Plant Hall) but I'm not making certaint buildings and rearranging the campus to fit a little better. When I start the project I will create a thread and begin recruiting.

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I just got out of the hospital I was in the ER all day yesterday and had emergency surgery on my appendix, I'm ok and recovering. I was at a party on Saturday and started to get this really badpain in my lower right side, then I started puking non stop, so the next morning I went into ER and had a whole bunch of tests done, and found out I had Early Appendicitis, so, 7 on sunday I had my operation, I got released around 6 yesterday, I'm on vicodin at home and I'm supposed to move into my college tommorrow.

I'm going into college next week, and I'm thinking about doing architecture, or urban planning. Mainly Architecture but I'm not sure, could you give me a description of Urban Planning? I can't find anything to good saying exactly what they do and stuff. This looks like a really neat building, Tampa has a lot of stuff similar to that lol.

Parking Garage is moving along nicely, no issues yet.

Replies @Slim: Ohhh yeah!! It was amazing @Spa: Thanks! Yeah State st. was ridiculous but the city only has 50,000 people so... yeah. Yeah! The window texture needs more work no doubt, and it's going to come, but last on my list to do. I'll try desaturating it a little bit! Thanks Spa @Sparky: Thanks!!! That's a way too nice comment lol. Jason helped me out a lot when doing this texture. Roofjunk, just started it... I need to make satalites and anything else that you guys suggest it needs, because I don't really know what goes on the roof. I would do best with pictures of buildings with roofjunk. Didn't there used to be a thread that had just roofjunk? I need a better texture but this is just a preview!

This looks like a scaled up version of a Miami/Tampa (Tamiami) Modern Art Deco tower. I like it! Its awesome. The red and grey is the best! Here's the building in the Channel District (I ike to call that style modern art deco because its cool and its seen in the historic art deco district of Miami and stuff)

Hey I'm back home after a wonderful trip to Pennsylvania!!! Here are some pix! Penn Capitol State St. Harrisburg 2nd St. Harrisburg Hershey Park Chocolate World Hotel Hershey Aerials of Philly from Plane, I wish we would've gotten to stay in Philly but, I start college on the 23rd and my g/f starts her senior year on the 20th so... We had to cut it short. It was awesome, I have more pix but I need to edit them.

Yeah! It has street level retail too, so there will be little shops inside of it. I only know of two off the top of my head American Institute of Architects: Tampa Bay Chapter and Florida Musuem of Photographic Arts There's like an office supply store and like a hallmark card store or something.. I'm going to Pennsylvania (Hershey and Harrisburg) for a week in 3 days, and I'm kind of busy for the next few days, I might get some work done tommorrow, unknown, but I might. Probably no work but I might take my laptop with me so I can do some 3dsMax work on the parking garage.
