That's awesome Jason, is there anyway you can post your brick textures in our private topic thread. I think they would do well on my buildings

I'm going to have to go for a uniform brick texture and alter it. Thanks for that suggestion Spiderman! Here's an update to Tampa Terrace. I finished BoA's roof texture. Thanks guys. I'm no longer frustrated. -

So I'm super frustrated right now. 1) my brick texture sucks 2) I can't find the tutorial for night lights and probably wouldn't understand it. 3) I have this hard as hell MYOP paper I need to prepare to write. ARGH!!! lol sorry peeps. -
Where are these buildings located? Baltimore?

Thanks a lot sparky!!! Really what I need is just an LOD export, then I could probably export it from my BAT4MAX once the gmax part has been finished. And if you liked the work on the Cypress factory, wait until you see the smaller but equally stunning Albany Cigar Factory. (too big to be shown in the thread) -

Cypress Street/Albany Avenue Cigar Factory: To Finish BoA I need the following: A 3dsmax nitelight tutorial TO fix the roof texture Somone to export it. -
You should see what Tampa has destroyed for the sake of parking. The Old Courthouse (Moorish Revival with a Dome Minaret) The Tampa Terrace Hotel (Cuban with Moorish Revival) Just beautiful buildings demolished for no reason.

On the sides inbetween the pillars you might want to put bricks to make it look cooler. This is the building across the street from school that looks similar. It might look cooler, Idk.. Maybe just on the 2nd from the top.

Originally posted by: spa Really nice Jason. I can see this fitting into the urban sections of my region. The only thing I see that doesn't look right are the round bushes at the back. I know from experience how big a pain plants can be and unfortunately I don't think you're there yet with them. They look more like green rocks then plants right now.quote>I agree! They do look like rocks!

Thats awesome Jason! You should make it work with GLR too. I like the overall back, it offers a contrast in styles. Front- Art-Deco. Back-Victorian/Art-Deco. The white texture on the back looks stretched out. Don't really see anything else wrong with it. The building is the same style as a church across the street from my school. Even the brick work vs concrete. I like it very much

My stupid computer just died... AGAIN. My OS corrupted. So I'm probably upgrading to Vista asap. So in the mean time I'll be working on a building stored on this computer called the Maas Bro's building. I'm so mad at XP right now. -
This wasn't really Orlando, its in an area directly inbetween Tampa and Orlando, it has the nick name of Orlampa. I've driven that corridor A LOT. people drive bumper to bumper 100mph every day. Its a very dangerous road. It's also haunted. lol. This is Tampa fog at around 9am. (I live about 5 blocks from the center of downtown and you can barely see the buildings)

In soviet russia your bat BATs you! How's my russian dialect of Yokof Smirnof? Anyways, awesome building bro. Those buildings that echopapa has provided seem interesting, a few of them look the same, but you can defintly see some inginuity in some of them... There is one that looks like a modern building which I found interesting.
