    Yes Lord bertrum, I think it is. The prop used for the lot is a huge R$$$ mansion and the other houses shown are tiny R$ cottages.

    I hate to tell you, but this "building" does not appear in lists of the world's or United States' tallest buldings, at least not in front of the Library Tower. I believe this is because it is considered a "structure," rather than a building.

    A year ago this might have been acceptable, but with all the new tools that have proliferated since that time, these lots are simply inadequate. I suggest you learn how to use the BAT and make your own textures. With a bit of creativity this would be quite good.

    To get it to replace the original lot you have to "save," rather than "save as." The water looks different in the day shot, is that in the water mod or how did you it get it like that?

    This has already been done, by Nexis I believe, on a much better lot. However, your lots are steadily improving so you get a 10 for that.

    It is modeled after a mass transit system that DOES NOT SUPPORT FREIGHT. You are docking him for making a lot that works exactly how it is supposed to. This gets a 10 from me. And by the way, Pkmnrulz, it is more efficient to have commuters and freight use separate lines.

    Honestly! You people are lowering the rating of a lot because of something it is not designed for. If someone made a lot for a fruit stand, would you rate it low because it doesn't launch space shuttles? Erazor clearly states that this lot is meant for INTRAcity COMMUTERS.

    Evil Octopus Man: RCI Ploppables are lots that function as grown Residential, Commercial, or Industrial lots. However, they are also like a landmark or a reward and cannot be destroyed by the simulator while building new development. Sometimes they need to be plopped onto zoned land.
