  1. My Citylexicon: A Cluster of Cities

Holy crap, this is some nice work you got here! I especially enjoyed your ports. I don't know what it is about them, maybe the realistic rigidness of the shoreline, but it all looks great! Keep up the awesome work you've put into this! Can't wait for more!

We could add so much more to the game that was never put in by Maxis.
  7. Hot Pursuit Mod

Here I come to spark a little interest and inspiration... I came up with some pics of high speed pursuits and illegal street racings, with photoshop of course: You'll notice that the back of the cars are a bit blurred. I just did that to make it look as though they are driving REALLY fast.

Date: 7/11/2005 7:34:17 PM Author: ardecila Probably possible.  I could probably do some sort of street-racing too, ala Midnight Club. It's nice that I have the whole community to generate these cool ideas for me.  quote> Yeah, maybe for the street racing we could make it so that the racing only happens between the hours of 12:00am and 3:00am. Another good idea![
  9. Columbia River by Lauri

I really like your multi-level commercial areas. Great stuff!
  10. The Jersey Harbor Region

I really like that little mountain at the bottom. Try extending that further inland. Take out the mesa and the smooth hill. Make your terrain look rocky.
  11. L.A. My Way

Haha, this is nice! I'm actually starting a new CJ that has to do with Santa Monica and so far it looks like your way is much better than the real way. Great job I love your city layouts!

  23. Turnwood

BIG Announcement I've thought it over and decided to slow down on the updates for Turnwood. I'm trying to build up a new region, Santa Monica, my hometown. I've been planning this for months, but didn't really take the initiative. But now its final. I don't know if I will have any time for Turnwood, but sometime this week or next week my new CJ, Santa Monica will be out for everyone to enjoy! I'm sorry if this is a buzz kill for some of you fans, but I thought it'd be interesting to recreate my region. So anyway, hope to see you guys this/next week at the opening of my new CJ. Have a good day and thanks SO MUCH for supporting my City Journal! You guys ROCK!
