I see Tilted Mill as being kind of innocent here - they're just doing what they're told to do. EA is being the capitalist here, obsessed with money and immediate profit margins, caring less about what their fans want. All they really seem to be good for is putting out those sports games every year, and at this point there doesn't even seem to be a difference with those from year to year anyway... The big screw up started with SC4's glitches... Maxis should have never dissolved like this

it's a toss up between Sim City 2000 (which I played for years, and years and years after buying it on its release day) and SC4. I didn't like SC3000 at all.

the tough part at making a design like this, is that a merge in real life would take up a good 50 feet, and you can only do it in one "block" for SC4. Great effort!!

In a way, I can't say I disagree with Putin, although it's unfortunate that Europe is getting dragged into this. The US has completely surrounded Russia with missile sites for whatever its true purpose is, there was a map of it on BBC's site. Needless to say, I'd be nervous about it if I were him. Especially since the US Gov't is so wreckless and unpredictable...I just hope the next election brings something better than this (since it can't possibly get worse).

My grandparents & my mother came here from Croatia after WWII, the first thing they did was learn the language and become legal citizens, there is no excuse as to why people today can't....or even the ones who live here for 20 years and can't speak a word of English.

I think their sound has a higher decibel level than a lawnmower....they are REALLY loud. There are some cultures that actually eat them. Just the thought of it makes me want to puke.

One thing I always hated about the standard ground highways are the "borders" on them, I don't know if Maxis intended them to be concrete barriers or what - they just don't look right. It kind of reminds me of those old snap-together tracks for Matchbox cars.

I have a whole bunch of those (my father has a stack of the red imprint ones), as well as the Kennedy coins & Susan B. Anthony's. Everybody seems to collect those $2 bills because they're so unusual. The last time I saw one was probably 10 years ago.

they're not here yet, either. They disgust me, especially when they fly into your head...it's like getting hit with a golf ball! They get so big and heavy, and they're constantly flying into walls. I think they have really poor vision.

the 4-10 transition looks great, although in RL it would probably be an "onramp" or 1-lane merge (like an upsidedown Y). The 9-lane screenshot at the very top of the page would look great for a tollbooth entrance!
