I see M&T is getting a possible creator and still nobody is looking at two of my favorites...Ellicott Sq and Guaranty? Be very honest with me guys, how difficult (or easy) is BATing? I will join you guys and we can get Buffalo built by fall...but I'm gonna need some help in getting started. you guys need any photos of Buffalo downtown...let me know...I got over 2,000 and growing
