The \Radio\Stations\Mayor and \Radio\Stations\Region folders must not be empty. The first folder has that empty text file called kmay.id and the other also has an empty text file called krgn.id and both folders should each have a subfolder called Music, which are also not empty, as that's where all the default in-game music is kept. I had the same problem. Fortunately I had another copy of the game installed from my last Windows installation, untouched by any game mod. Anyway, go to your SC4 installation folder, and then to \Radio\Stations. In the \Mayor subfolder, create a new empty text file, and rename it to kmay.id In the \Region subfolder, do the same but call the file krgn.id That should do it. You've probably reinstalled the game by now, but for future reference, this will be ussefull. ZS

Was that a 'reinstall' as in 'just reinstall' or 'reinstall' as in 'you first uninstalled and then reinstalled' ? Some apps allow a reinstall without uninstalling. In any event, sometimes first uninstalling makes a big difference... ZS

Aha! I was looking for a thread like this one. I'm 23, British nationality and been living in France for 15 years or so (so I'm bilingual english/french) I'm currently MCSA/MCSE certified and looking for a job. Interests range from gaming, some sports, I learnt HTML and CSS because it's so cool, so now I do any doc in HTML (btw: does this forum support HTML tags in replies?) if I can/have time, and... Mars. Speaking of which: I need to buy RH so I can play the SimMars beta. ZS

Greetings! I signed onto to this site mainly (if not solely) to be able to participate on the SimMars project... or at least show a bit more (moral) support. This could pretty much be my dream sim game! I personally would have gone for a design like in the 5th Element, with flying cars, and tall skyscrapers, but still keep the Earth terrain. In any event, I'm looking forward to grabbing a beta. (I would have attempted my own mod, but I don't have RH, so I can't install BAT now yes, I know, I just need to go out and buy it, but it ain't that easy... ZS
