Will you please increase the capacity because a large city of reasonable age (stage 6-8) probably would require a capacity of around 70K-100K. Maybe more.
You can just come to LOOK if you want to. Me? I'm a Christian, but I'm not devout. I believe in God and heaven; however, I don't go to church. Also, Chasemiles, I don't WANT to be the bearer of bad news but...this lot is bland. Put a little more effort into it please.

Either make the radiation zone smaller, or take it away, one, but it's only good if you don't save the city. I like the big bang thing, just not the radiation.
I RAN OUT OF CHARACTERS! I almost dread the release of kd5rax's version of the Petronas Towers (check out his thread in the BAT-Open Discussion forum (Petronas Project)!). Yet, I am excited, too.
Add jobs, maybe reveal costs (if any), and add an effect of some type (CS, CO or R or maybe even higher land value, lower pollution, or to raise demand caps). I don't mean to be rude, critical, or stereotypical, but since thw WTC came out on the BATEX, people have been wanting more.
