Long time ago I played this game, was in sale at GOG, purchased... very excited to play again.
Followed all this tutorial, thanks Ulisses and Lucario.
End up trying to install NAM and CAM. I believe I did it correctly, installed all dependencies.
Mainly everything from the tutorial is deployed to: my \Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition\Plugins
and everything related to CAM and NAM to: \Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins
First question is this correct? do we have 2 different folders for plugins? or should I centralize everything to the plugin folder under (x86)?
I noticed I can't start the game properly because I can't deploy a power station, it simply doesn't show the menu item, or better, a submenu item.

not sure what could be missing of if there is a compreheensive list of all dependencies that I should go through and add. I also noticed Ulisses graphic is beautiful where, mine is a little crapy even with reshade, and Im using a very good gpu (AMD 7900xtx) is there something else I can do to enhance graphics? playing in 1920x1080.
