Hello, I am a returning mayor. I played sc4, sc2000 back in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. I have started playing again and relearning everything. I am quite impressed with all the additions and improvements even if the game is over 20 years old. It’s still younger than my 3/4 century age, I am no expert but I can learn new things. I know my way around my laptop, so, so far I have been able to read and experiment. I am working on my region. It will be no work of art but it is fun! DougF1950
