Greycat101998 reviewed parkerwyoung's file in SC13 Vehicles
The mod in not appearing on the game (ver. 10.3). I've tried starting a new region, claiming a city, saving it and restarting the game for several times, but they still don't show up. Hope to see a fix soon.
