    Hello all, I just downloaded SimCity 4 Deluxe from Steam, and I'm excited to start getting into it again, having not played in maybe 25 years... It was always a go to when I was a kid. I watched a few videos on YouTube and dwyrin led me here. I'm really interested in learning how to download in install regions other than the few supplied in the game. There's so much to look at here, I'm not sure where to start. Cheers
