I would like to change the capacities of some houses and apartment plugins I have. I think they are to high in some cases. How do I edit maximum building capacities?

I cannot see the stats on SimGoober buildings? When I click on other buildings I see the stats like capacity, ect.. but when I click SimGoober Buildings no window pops up. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)
