    Hello, I'm SebasL (Neku Sebas on Discord), Brazilian, middle twenties and since i was 8 i love city/base building games. My first game was Empire Earth, and my first SimCity was SimCity 3000 in the Super Nintendo. Fan of SC4 for quite while and just this week i began to dip into the mods.
