Thank you both for the help. I definitely have problems getting mods and even maps into steam version of the app. Can download files, do the ctrl alt shift R move but no rendering occurs. I have resized jpgs to 1025 as described in some threads. any other possible advice?

Hello all, New to Simtropolis, but revisiting game. Is there a thread with suggested downloadable content, mods bats maps etc. I am running sc4 with steam, and have no real clue as to how to get these items into the game, or which mods are best for gameplay. Any and all help is appreciated, and links great as well as I am sure im not the first nor last to ask these questions. Thanks everyone. J
