I raised education with an elementary school, high school and city college and added a hospital, gave all the residents water and sped it up full speed. All my residential of course transformed into high classes but the agriculture all stayed the same. No change even over many years. It couldn't be this hard to get them to grow when I'm able to level up everything else so quickly, something must be wrong. Those farms look vanilla to me. That said it is fixing the no jobs issue so the install must be at least mostly correct. There must be missing dependencies or I'm putting something in the wrong location Oops I need to try bull dozing! EDIT: so after raising education and bulldozing farms eventually they started coming up at higher levels! I'm going to restart the region now that I know how to get this working thank you guys so much!

Awesome! I'm gonna add some schools and see what happens

All low, I was trying to avoid all the sims being classed out of farm jobs. In the past when I educated them they eventually became wealthy and had no jobs. Is there a sort of mix I need in farm towns or just develop smarter sims in a neighbor city? Or does SPAM fix that issue? I was fairly sure I had this problem with SPAM as well but could be wrong.

I see then the issue is that they are not growing. I have road access, lots of lowest income sims, power, water and freight station connection as well as road connections out of town. I tried speeding up and watching and the buildings never grow past parcel class AG-1. Do the farms have to be completely surrounded by streets with a road connection to grow? I have several that are but not all of them.

Awesome! This does answer the NAM part of my question, thanks!

This is similar to another post on here but I've exhausted all options and I cannot tell if I have SPAM working. Attached is a screenshot of my plugins directory spam and the only dependency listed the mountain theme pack. As you can see I'm using paengs addons which show up just fine and seem to be working. Also attached is a screenshot of a farm query and I hear a little sound and see the flying pig which I assume is the SPAM logo. But you'll see from the screenshot of the farms they don't really l;ook like what I'm seeing in screenshots of SPAM where the farm buildings are much larger and varied and have cool silos and what not. Also I should mention even with NAM installed I can't find the regular dirt roads, I have logging roads from a different pack. Note: I'm playing the deluxe version on Steam with a mac.

It works! I'm so stoked to build a city with these, thank you!

I totally get it, I'll go with PEG if I can get it to work. I guess what I'm missing is where you uploaded those patches, how do I download them?
-
You mean you added the fix to the PEG container seaport or its dependencies or for BTS? If I can just setup PEG with it's 3 dependencies that would work for me. I imagine the main benefit of BTS are all the additional options? Thanks for your help with this it's really cool how active the community is for my all time fav game

Ok because Keka is failing to extract. I wonder if the issue I was having with PEG is related to this because originally I just tried to install that since it has much fewer dependencies but keep getting CTD every time I place the container seaport

I have a PC and I could unpack there and copy all the files over, right?

It's not clear which dependencies I need as a mac user. When I download them as listed in the readme I get 404's and exe files.
