      I'm sorry,  I didnt get it. I don't know what you're meaning when you say "converting a image to SimCity4". Do you have any examples to show us what you want to do?

       

  2. how did you convert and upload  your idea into  gameplay image because im still struggling as a beginner as to upload a file as many showed me how to do it. i feel as though i having a hard time with this that's why i need more assistance and so on please
