    I have a city of 110k+ people. Nearly 4 - 7 crimes each month. Idk what is going on with yours. I have a New York City styled city with around 118k, and around 8 PDs. Average crimes commited are: Car Theft, TP'ing, Pie Throwing and Graffiti. Sometimes a couple assaults here and there, but otherwise, nothing bad. Usually less than 10 crimes committed each month.
