Well, monarails are more eye pleasing but take up much space. Subways on the other hand take almost no space since they are underground but there station are very ugly. Monarails are the second fastest transport in the game while subways are the third fastest. Also, it has been said that Sims are attracted to monarails, like they NEED to ride them; like there life depends on it but I'm not exactly sure about that. I perfer subways mostly because there is less need to destroy buildings and because they can make 90

Hi Vica, The game is never old here. You will find that with all the building ands mods available to use here, Simcity4 is a whole new game. If you need some tips on Simcity4, there are some great articles in the omnibus . You can find a lot a useful mods in here including the Network Addon Mod (NAM for short) which adds tons of new transportation options to the game. Setting the taxes around 6 or 7 would be a good thing to do. The problem is probably that you don't have enough jobs. Have you been seeing any no job zots anywhere? Mabye some areas of the city are not covered with fire and crime protection or mabye commute time is high. What about polution? Is polution high?

I think a good generic label that could appear for a short period would be Chump. Yeah, It is pretty random but I sounds cool.

Look good? I use Animation Shop 3 for animation and sometimes I will use Macromedia Flash MX Professional. I don't use Photoshop or Adobe Paint Shop (Or whatever it's called), I do all my editing in Paint Shop Pro 8 so I really don't know. Are you kidding about good freeware, really! I doubt this is aany good but I heard it is OK ---- A GIF animator . Zelgadis: Still thinking about backgrounds. I thought it might be cool to have a nature background if you know what I mean .
