Buc-ee's is definitely one of the largest Gas Stations I've ever seen and I just Google mapped these places. 30 to 60 Gas Pumps seems to be the lowest you can go with these stations.

I wanted to ask if that Aldi could be a standalone or a mod for a custom shopping center. This looks more modern than the 2010's version.

This type of Shopping center design feels similar to the Silver Spring Square in Mechanicsburg, PA, but with only one main tenant large enough for a Wegmans or Target to fill.

I'm definitely getting Rutters once it's downloaded. My mother would rather have food and gas from Rutters over Sheetz any time of day.

I'm tempted to request tenants such as MOD Pizza, Mattress Firm, or even Primo Hoagies to be apart of this mini Strip-mall.

Nice little strip mall. I recommend a new shopping center mod where we could choose our own tenants with one store/insurance office/restaurant/salon

The Target looks much smaller than the one connected to the shopping center file. I know that this company downsizing its square footage of store and all, but it still feels odd to me.

Fantastic job on the Lidl food store. A convenience store with and A&W was something I never expected you to make. The last place I came across that had this restaurant was the Sandy Ridge Express convenience store in Orbisonia, PA. My mother is dating a truck driver who has a cabin in Huntington county, PA not that far from the EBT railroad.

As much as I liked the service stations for pack 3, I wish for Royal Farms to have a 12 to 16 pump canopy (Basically 6 to 8) since Delaware, Pennsylvania and many parts of Maryland have more than 4. I have done a lot for a possible expansion of Royal Farms too.

Excellent job with the gas stations, but I checked and looked around for the Royal Farms Gas Canopy and found nothing. I downloaded Pack 3 and found nothing regarding a Royal Farms Gas Canopy.

@RRetail have you ever tried making an Advance Auto Parts store or Napa Auto Parts? You have done O'Reilly and Autozone. Plus I may suggest some regional banks in the United States.

Have you ever considered a Freestanding Dunkin Donuts?? I used the same restaurant from another file and the building style looked as if everything (Building, Drive Thru and Signs) was inserted all together.

Very Wonderful!!! I can definitely use the Burger King Sign or the New Subway Sign for sure.

I remember that Hardees is in some Loves travel centers in places such as Kentucky or Tennessee. I wouldn't oppose to something like that. As long as there is a file for Loves with McDonalds.

For the Rite-Aid Strip mall, I would include extra spacing for two-lanes when parking diagonally and to add a row if things don't work as you hope. I already did a lot for a 7-Eleven with Sunoco fuel pumps since most of them are located in Reading, Reamstown, and in East Lampeter Township, PA. If there is a service station or signs for 7-Eleven that could be included, it would be good. (I got off topic)

I was pondering on requesting Sunoco's Convenience Store (A-Plus) to be made for SC4, but I don't know if that could be necessary since 7-Eleven is buying out those Convenience stores.

I actually have some new ideas for restaurants that @RRetailhas yet to make. I'll list them on here if anyone is interested in building them. 1. Eat'n Park (Restaurant based off in the Pittsburgh region) 2. Bob Evans (Restaurant chain headquartered in Columbus, OH) 3. Cheddar Casual Cafe (I've been to the restaurant, but the closest locations are in Dover, DE and York, PA 4. Hoss's Steak and Sea House (A Restaurant chain headquartered in Duncansville, PA) 5. Applebee's (The Modern Style has yet to be created) That is all. Hope everyone has a wonderful 2021.

It does look almost similar to the shopping center in Lewistown, PA. I assume there would be a grocery store as an anchor tenant. "Stay safe at home and pray for a cure for the Coronavirus so we can go on and live our lives. "
