Thoughts for a far more advanced mod, but we can zone industrial areas to specialty types, oil, farming, etc. I would like to be able to add more types of zones, and use them for residential, thinking something like a beach community zone, where the houses and commercial that get built look like what you would find along the beach. Maybe a casino zone, Im sure there are plenty of other types people could come up with. I believe from what Ive read that this should technically be possible with the existing mod kit. However, its a lot of work.
