  2. Hello, I am a little new to modding sim city 4 and I have gotten the general gist of how it works, but I saw that there is possibly a way to make traffic STOP disappearing. I saw some mods and tried installing them and they havent worked. I was just curious on how to install them and what I have to do. I have NAM installed, and if I could get step by step how and a link to one that will work I would really appreciate it. thank you.
