Asheville,North Carolina is sorta small with a population of 87,000 and a metro population of 424,000 and has plenty of skyscrapers and has almost 8 buildings over 7 stories proposed in downtown to be built, all of them are hotels. BB&T bank is the tallest building at 18 floors.

Simcity 4 is still in my opinion better than Simcity 2013 but what needs to be added to downloads are some stores like a modern Ingles Markets, BILO grocery store, a modern Wegman's grocery store , Whole Foods, Trader Joes, A modern Publix, and stand alone Ross stores, Joanne Crafts, HHgregg appliances, and a Cabelas outdoor store, especially the department stores Belk, BonTon, Boscovs, and hobby lobby.
